SAMPLE ANNUAL REPORT for New HKCO and revised listing rules
What is Sample Annual Report?
- Sample Annual Report is a full set of annual report for issuers listed on HKEx. Among other documents, the Sample Annual Report includes the following documents:-
- Chairman Statement;
- Consolidated Directors' Report;
- Corporate Governance Report;
- Environment, Social and Governance Report (available in M1512 only);
- Independent Auditor’s Report; and
- Annual Consolidated Financial Statements.
- It is presented based on the disclosure requirements of New Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, revised listing rules and HKFRSs.
- They are applicable to the financial statements for the financial year ending on or after 31 December 2015.
- Two set are available, one for Main Board, another for GEM Board.
- Every set of sample Annual Report has included both English and Traditional Chinese version.

How to order?
- Complete the enclosed Order Form.
- Issue a cheque payable to or remit a sum to the bank account of Tako Professional Services Limited according to the instructions.
- Send the order form together with the cheque/remittance advice to our office.
- All softcopies and hardcopies of the Sample Annual Report will be sent to the buyer within ten business days. The softcopies will be sent to the "softcopy only" buyers by e-mail. The hardcopies and softcopies will be sent to the "Hardcopy and softcopy" buyers by courier (the softcopy is saved in a CD-ROM). Additional charge may be required for all goods sent to a location outside Hong Kong.
